Found The Leak
Well I found where the water is coming in now I just have to figure out where on the outside it's coming from.
I took the interior trim off the window since it was just a matter of removing 8 screws and found two good sized holes in the metal. You're looking at it upside down in that second pic.

Wow that was quick! Those holes look big or is it just the camera? Good find and now the rubber can off...although to me its a biggie not a small one. LOL
